Doors and doorframes

CAG company supplies interior doors in several versions (see specifications of model line). In this line we make fibre glass covered doors, white doors (smooth and porous) and foil covered doors.

CAG has been on the market since 1998. Back then CAG majored in making wooden lining doorframes, supplied mainly by selected producers of interior doors.

CAG is a traditional producer of lining doorframes, which are nowadays a common part of interior doors deliveries.

Initiated models include a standard offer. Doors and doorframes are supplied in standard measurements (according to CSN), that is:

- one wing door 60, 70, 80, 90 / 197cm. Atypical configurations available if requested. Possible surface variations:

- foil (oak, beech, alder, white, cherry, maple, walnut, white)
- glass fibre (oak, beech, alder, cherry, maple, white)
- varnished (white, others according to RAL swatch)

Doors are equipped with hinges and lock, doorframes also come with hinges and are delivered dismantled. They are installed with fitting foam after the passageway is finished (painting, tiles, floor covers).

We are able to make atypical configurations when requested. We also supply doors and doorframes in a fire-stop version, that is fire resistant for 30 minutes.

Doorframes types and marking:

FABI S	Rounded edge doorframes for swinging doors
FABI P	Rounded edge doorframes for lining a door case for sliding the doors into the wall (only with selected case suppliers)
FABI O	Rounded edge doorframes for lining current steel doorframe

S type is supplied in a fire-stop version as well – EI, EW 30.

Doorframes are manufactured in standard measurements (according to ČSN), that is:
60 – 90 / 197 cm for one wing door
125 – 185 / 197 cm for two wing doors.

Atypical configuration possible if requested. All doorframes are manufactured, so they can adjust their nominal thickness to passageway and division thickness.

Doorframes are installed with fitting foam into the finished passageways (after painting walls, gluing tiles, finishing floors), they are equipped with hinges and metal counter-plate with standard span - 72 mm (90 mm if requested)

The traditional producer of doors in Jihlava, KRONODOOR CZ Ltd., has been integrated in the group MASONITE/PREMDOR since June 2004. By its production of white blank, foil and masonite doors this company belongs to the top by volume of production of doors in the Czech Republic. For its low price and simplicity, while the high-quality is maintained, these doors are frequently sought after by the customers and building companies.

We offer doors, windows and interior doors in Europe. Interior doors with honeycomb inffiling, or in high-quality tubular panel construction in combination with veneered or plastic surface, are completed in a plant in Bernburg, which is the last in line and the most modern.
